When happens after placing my order?

You will receive an order confirmation to your provided email address. Please check your junk mail if you have trouble finding it in inbox. 

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If you see any mistakes in the address you submitted, please send us an email immediately with a title 'URGENT' so we can correct it before being shipped out. If a package fails to deliver due to 'insufficient address' unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation for that matter. 

How do I track my order? 

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped - Tracking can take between 2 – 4 days to update so please be patient.

Where will my package ship from?

We are a small business, however we work with a logistic partner around the world to be able to ship to multiple countries at an affordable rate. If you purchase more than one product they may arrive separately, but don’t worry, you will receive the tracking number for all the items. This allows us to provide our customers with a great price point.

Lost or stolen orders

The Chiro Company accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.

VAT in Europe and UK

When a single product exceed  EU150/ £135 may be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) upon importation. Kindly be prepared to pay applicable VAT charges on your shipping carrier upon delivery.
